• Engineer-of-Record on building projects which included submittals to the Building Authorities.
• developed pricing, engineering and drafting software.

Duties: Provided structural calculations and certified prints for HUD code and modular houses as well as manufactured commercial units. My clients included most of the major manufacturers.
